This page contains all individual examples of the seventeen basic modifier mechanisms discussed in this website. The inclusive table is simpler than the individual tables as it does not show the name given the mechanism by the authors and the summary of relevant parameters. The first column shows the name of the mechanism as acronym, which together with the reference serves to identify a row that can be found in the table dedicated to the particular mechanism showing more details.
Each item, text or number, can be searched case-insensitive and all columns can be sorted. For instance, this facilitates locating all entries that belong to an enzyme by typing its name or the EC-number, or all entries of a given modifier. New data are added to the end of the table, but the sorting and search facilities can be used to locate the mechanisms by typing their acronyms.
